Sorry no postings

With so many things going on this we I have kind of neglected the little blog.

First thing first...
We are having a girl, so far thatmay change since the ultrasound tech could not see between their little legs. In addition the due date is set for Feb 4, 2006. I am excited but a little scared.

In addition this week, LSI has decided to place their fab up for sale, while reducing their work force. I was one of the many selects for early layoffs. Sad but I am working till October 28. After that I am eligible for unemployment. Also since my "job" has gone overseas I may be eligible for the NAFTA act, which means they re-educate me in something NOT high tech, like maybe NURSING....In addition I would get paid unemployment up to 2 years. A few of us are going to a information session with the oregon unemployment office on THursday. Will know more later.

Jen and I have discussed this and should be able to make due till I graduate in 06/07. With what money already save ,serverence package, some proceeds from Metrology Group and unemployment while in school we should not see much of a hicup with household items. I may however need to stop eating out...Oh well it may work out for the better my wastline.
This December when I pass my classes I am eligilbe for a CNA license which means if worst did hit I could find a job at a local hospital. I DO howeve plan on taking NOV and DEC off.
