Eric , Jen and I will be at the Gorge on Saturday night for a concert and then was planning on driving to Bend on Sunday. Little Louie will be driving from Boise to Bend, but not sure of the day. Eric is in contact with him mostly. Jen has to work on Monday so she will not be going to James Brown.
I would like to spend Sunday, Mon, Tues, and Wed in bend depending on everyone's schedule. If Mom and Dad want to fly into Portland earlier than that we can leave a car at the airport so they can get around and meet us at Bend, a very pretty drive by the way. Or we can check flights into bend and return from Portland. I think the other resort is to fly in on Friday and camp with us at Dave mathews but I am sure how little Miseal will be in a camping environment full of drunken and drugged people. Not saying we will be that way...;-).
I will look into flight stuff in parellal with Dad this week.
Any thoughts from Dad or Eric ?

Flying in on Friday night sounds good and having mom leave on Thursday works for me.
You can come with us for the concert in bend or hang for a day in portland and drive out to meet us in Bend on Sunday.

Mom waiting for confirm of Friday, 8/26 off, so we can stay together from 8/19 (late arrival) through 8/28 Sunday afternoon departure.
Car left at airport on 8/19 would work to get around, drive to Bend and back, etc.
Someone post little Louis' cell and other contact info, please.

Hi everyone,
Can't wait for jb trip; will be great to visit with Little Louie; wondering if Shasta house is locked in.
Seems despite late Friday arrival with Mom and Misa we'll be driving to Bend on Saturday and stay through Wed/Thurs.
Had Misa overnight last Saturday and predict he will be a handful, even with everyone chipping in. His favorite words are S--t, which we try to ignore and those unsaid others, which express his frustration when one tries to correct him. Doesn't eat much, so worry how he keeps up his strength. He did get into the kosher dogs, but otherwise very picky.
On the positive side, he will likely enjoy JB's emphasis on the 1 as he is a true music aficionado.
Let him into the RV and he went right for the steering wheel and stuck a key in the first opening he could find near the horn. His new haircut was a plus, especially when Angela moussed him down--the hambone.
Patience is a virtue. Remember that around him...plus watch your language because it reinforces what he's already learned from his circle of friends.
Emailed Louie/Suzie, Danielle and Tasha with the blog site address and waiting for them to kick in...maybe.
Dinner is ready; running for the chow. Can't wait to see you guys. Bummed out and need a boost.
